World Television expands Nordic business

Eframe Motion Media (Eframe), based in Stockholm, is one of the largest Web TV and streaming agencies in the Nordic region. It will cease to trade as of 30 June 2010. World Television will offer Eframe's clients the same level of service as they have received from Eframe for live webcasting, video production and on demand hosting. World Television will also offer new solutions such as iPhone apps and desktop webcasting.

The agreement between the two companies marks a significant step towards completing the restructuring of World Television’s Swedish business by increasing the company's live webcasting output, particularly in the investor relations area.

Steve Garvey, CEO of World Television, commented: “World Television offers a full range of video communications solutions across Europe but in the past our Swedish business was largely focused on content production. We are excited by the prospect of being able to deliver more web and streaming projects while continuing to produce high quality content. Most important of all, we can offer Eframe’s clients an uninterrupted service from 1 July."
